*Please note that after booking, we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit to confirm and secure your dates. The remaining amount will be due one week before the date of arrival.

*Pets are welcome (only small and medium breeds) for 200 CZK /night with a maximum of 2 dogs. The land is fenced however, the owner of the dog will have full responsibility for their dog including any damage to property and cleaning of the garden after their pet.

*The wellness area is shared between all 3 houses. We will send you a link to book your daily slots upon booking confirmation

*Electricity and wood are already included in your stay.

*We offer the possibility of an uncooked breakfast basket (selection of local organic products from local farms) for an additional fee of CZK 250 / person, which must be ordered at least 1 day in advance.
